Education
Through Christian education, we invite the members and communities of NUMC to be transformed as they are inspired
and challenged to: know and experience God through Jesus Christ; claim and live God's promises; grow and serve
as Christian disciples; promote and nurture faith.
The NUMC Education Committee's goal is to provide the life and teachings of Jesus and to nurture the believers in Christ. The committee identifies and equips teachers who are growing in their faith and who can serve as mentors and role models for those they teach. The committee provides teacher resources and training to assist in the teaching of children, youth and adults of all ages. Each age group has a designated Coordinator on the Education Committee to assist in the planning if each age group. This Coordinator provides representation for their group in the areas of space, curriculum and finances relating to education studies. The Education Committee is seeking those who want to help nurture our growing church. Perhaps you can team teach a class or be a substitute teacher, or be a member of our committee to assist those involved here at NUMC. The Education Committee welcomes you in our family - help educate those for a Christian Life. Youth
Youth Ministry's goals are to offer opportunities for discipleship in Christ and to deepen young people's
faith in order to impact the community with the changing love of Christ. Existing activities and programs include
