Matt and Beth have a heart for our youth and a passion for leading them in their quest to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Matt is a seminary student at Asbury. Both are accomplished musicians and frequently share their gifts during Sunday worship services.

Samantha has a heart for our children as big as her smile is contagious!  She is committed to helping our children in taking their beginning steps in a lifelong walk with God.  In addition to guiding our children, Samantha wants to educate adults in creating a safe learning environment for all our little angels.

On the 5-year program at Asbury Seminary, retired Air Force Colonel Bill Hogan sees his position at NUMC to provide training opportunities through Ministry, Leadership and Laity development. Born in Independence, MO., Bill graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Secondary Education. Completing an M.S. while a flight instructor, Bill also served as an Associate Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Now following a 10-year old calling, Bill will be "instructing" in a new way while he pursues his Masters of Divinity.

Julie has come home again!  An accomplished pianist, organist and flautist, Julie brings her talents to share on Sundays along with a warm smile and a servant's heart.

Karen has quickly become a vital part of the NUMC staff. She is a very knowledgeable person and is trying to keep the rest of the staff on track! Stop by the office and volunteer to help make Karen's tasks a little lighter!  Karen is also taking a lead role in preparing the Drama Ministry for the new 9:30 service.

Laura shares her love for music and willing heart with the Chancel Choir and Handbell Choir.  She is always seeking new music lovers willing to share their talents to MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE!!

Loretta has a heart for service.  She sees her custodial duties at NUMC as an outreach ministry to the church community. She is a pivotal member of many ministry efforts at NUMC, including a lead role in the planning of our annual Harvest Festival and Membership Care team.  She is always willing to help and seeks others with like interests.  Her caring spirit is evident by her contagious smile and humble attitude.
